1. Flight Cancellations

24-Hour Window Most flights booked through TripFlyHub can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund.
Airline Fees Changes typically incur airline-specific fees plus any difference in ticket fare.

2. Hotel Bookings

TripFlyHub does not charge hotel change fees, but the hotel might.

  • "Unpublished Rate" rooms are non-changeable and non-refundable.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in often incur penalties.
  • Changes to room type or dates may result in rate adjustments.

3. Rental Cars

  • Most reservations can be cancelled anytime without penalty.
  • Bookings cannot be "edited"; you must cancel and re-book for changes.

General Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for unutilized services including meals, entrance fees, or optional tours.

Conditions of Travel

Strict Adherence: Clients must follow the tour program. No refunds for late joins or early departures.

No-Show Policy: Missing the tour commencement due to lost documents or baggage is treated as a 100% cancellation fee.

Force Majeure: TripFlyHub is not liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, political unrest, etc.).

Conduct: We reserve the right to withdraw membership for behavior that affects the safety or enjoyment of others.

Liability Cap: Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the tour/holiday package.

Claims: Any legal action or suit must be brought within 7 days of the tour's end date.
